Nature of Our Services

Lead-Generation and Warm-Transfer Model

Direct Consent LLC provides lead-generation services by transferring calls (“warm transfers”) from potential customers to agents or agencies. Because these are intangible services (no physical goods are shipped), our fulfillment process is complete the moment we successfully connect the prospective customer with the agent or agency.

  1. Warm Transfer Delivery

    • Once a prospective customer meets agreed-upon criteria and is ready to speak with an agent or agency, we connect the call in real time.
  2. Completion of Service

    • The service is considered fully delivered at the point of successful connection between the prospective customer and the receiving agent or agency.

Eligibility for Refunds

While we aim to provide high-quality leads and smooth call transfers, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Direct Consent LLC offers refunds in the following circumstances:

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

    • If you request a cancellation before the call is connected, we will issue a refund.
  2. Accidental Double Charge

    • If you were inadvertently charged more than once for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  3. Invalid or Unqualified Calls

    • If a transferred call clearly does not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria (e.g., the caller was entirely unrelated to your industry or was otherwise clearly ineligible), contact us within 2 working days of the call to request a review.

Please note that any product- or service-specific requirements outlined in your agreement with Direct Consent also apply. For instance, if your contract specifies particular qualification thresholds, those criteria will govern whether a call is deemed valid.


Refund Request Process

  2. Review

    • Our team will review call records or transaction history to verify the claim.
  3. Resolution

    • If deemed eligible, a refund or credit will be issued. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 2 working days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

  1. No Physical Goods

    • As an aggregator of leads and a facilitator of warm call transfers, Direct Consent LLC does not ship physical products.
  2. Real-Time Delivery

    • Calls (i.e., leads) are delivered in real time, connecting the prospective customer directly to the receiving agent or agency.

Return Policy

  1. Intangible Services

    • Because our primary offering is the immediate, intangible transfer of a phone call, there is no traditional “return” process once the service is completed.
  2. Disputed Calls

    • If you believe you received a call that does not meet agreed-upon criteria—or if there was another issue with the transfer—please see the Eligibility for Refunds section above.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription or Ongoing Services

  • Cancellation at Any Time: If you are on an ongoing plan (e.g., a subscription for a certain number of monthly leads), you can cancel at any time by notifying us via contact@directconsent.com or +1 (516) 272-0902.
  • Credit Balance Refund: Upon cancellation, any remaining credit balance on your account will be refunded to you. Please note that refunds may take 2 working days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s processes.

One-Off Purchases

  • Real-Time Delivery: For one-off lead transfers, cancellation is not possible once the call is initiated, as the service is delivered in real time.

Traditional Product Purchases (If Applicable)

In rare cases, Direct Consent LLC may sell ancillary products (merchandise, marketing materials, etc.). In such instances, the following applies:

  • Timeframe: If you are not satisfied with a physical product or it arrives damaged, you have 1 week from the date of receipt to initiate a return or request a refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise specified, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it. If approved, the refund will be processed. Any shipping fees initially covered by Direct Consent do not apply to return shipping costs.

Please note that this section only applies if your specific agreement or purchase includes a physical product.
